Order Processing

If you are placing an online order, and there are no credit or shipping issues, the order will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that new customer orders may require verification that could result in a delay in processing.

 

Order Changes

Due to our efforts to process your order quickly it may not be possible to make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you need to make a change please contact us by phone as quickly as possible. Email may not be quick enough. We will try to accommodate your request if possible.

 

Order Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders, and wire and bank transfers. In all cases payment must clear before goods are shipped. If there is a problem with your payment we will work with you to try to resolve it.  Note briefly that we process transactions in US Dollars for customers outside of Canada and in Canadian Dollars for customers within Canada.  Some credit card providers may add a processing surcharge to the payment even if there is no currency conversion.  Please contact us if you have any concerns.

 

Typical Business Hours

Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, closed on Canadian holidays. You are welcome to place orders and conduct other correspondence outside of these hours and we will respond to you as soon as we can!

 

Shipping

We ship our products all over the world.  We offer shipping by UPS and parcel post, and local customers can choose in-store pickup.  Same-day shipping may be available if we have products in stock and if your order arrives early enough to allow it.  Priority will be given to customers in urgent situations who choose next-day delivery.

 

Taxes

Mirai Inter-Tech charges GST/HST to Canadian customers. We do not charge sales taxes to customers outside of Canada. We ship items under applicable duty-free codes where possible. However, some customers may be charged with additional duties, taxes, or other fees by local customs officials. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees.

 

Back Orders

We maintain an extensive inventory to serve you best. For cases in which part or all of the items on your order are out of stock you will receive an expected ship date as soon as it is available. Expected ship dates are based on multiple factors and are not guaranteed. Your order will ship complete unless you request and arrange otherwise. We can also work with you to try to identify similar items in stock that may be suitable substitutions for you when possible. If your requirement is urgent please let us knot so that we can do everything we can to help you!

 

Receiving shipments

Please inspect your shipment thoroughly within 24 hours of delivery. This is critical to ensure any shipping damage can be discovered and reported within the time frame required by the courier. It is also important to ensure that the product will be ready for you when you need it.

 

Warranty

In general our products are sold with a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If a product proves defective in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace or repair it. In general we will inspect the product to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. Issues caused by overload or abuse of products will not be covered. The customer is responsible for shipping and related charges for returning and re-shipping the product in question. Many of our products use transistors for digital inputs and outputs. All IO are tested before shipment to ensure they are functional. Please take care when connecting IO as they are not repairable. Our standard for IO is PNP. If you choose to order NPN we can provide this for you and the IO will be inspected before shipment. NPN IO are not covered under warranty.

In any situation of equipment malfunction Mirai Inter-Tech is not responsible for anything more than the value of the product under any circumstances.
