ML Series Timing Belt Drive
The ML series of Dyadic’s Mechatronics Cylinder line combines low-cost servo control with an innovative actuator structure to carry medium-high payloads with high peak speed. This blend of low-cost and high performance could only have been realized by the advanced technology of Dyadic Systems. These new product concepts give engineers a wider range of options to eliminate over-design.
The ML series uses a steel-reinforced belt and a recirculating ball guide or v-groove wheels to handle high moment loads with minimal friction. Motor size and gearbox ratio are engineered for your application. Actuators can easily be operated via 24VDC signals from PLCs or relays, and can be connected in networks of up to 16 axes.
