Product Description
Outline
Sanki’s new variable frequency vibratory feeder controller is now available. This controller can digitally set the frequency and voltage of your system, eliminating the need for mechanical tuning. The MFC-V controller also includes many extra functions so that you can provide a simple, high-tech system for your customer.
External start/stop controls with a soft-start function manage the startup vibration of your tooling to move parts consistently and avoid both part and tooling damage.
The MFC-V controller offers a variety of system operation features without extra cost. The compact body enables flexible mounting arrangements so that the control panel can be in an operator-accessible location.

Key Functions
1. On and Off Delay Timers: NPN sensors can be wired directly to the controller to shut off vibration when a high-level condition is sensed. Time values displayed for clarity.
2. Soft-Startup: Output voltage increases from 0 to the set value gradually on startup. This feature turns the drives on gently, and this ramped on-cycle helps keep parts from falling off the tooling or jamming together. It also reduces damage by eliminating the jolt the tooling experiences each time the unit is turned on.
3. Soft-Startup Time Adjust: The duration of the soft-start sequence can be set digitally and accurately.
4. Max Output Restriction: Maximum output voltage can be restricted to a safe amount. This helps tooling companies protect their products against unsafe settings.
5. Remote Speed Control: The output voltage can be controlled directly via external potentiometers, PLC or voltage signal ranging from 1V to 5V.
6. Automatic Digital Voltage Stabilization: This embedded function can reduce feeding speed changes caused by input voltage fluctuation, as well as cyclic anomalies caused by AC.
7. RS485 Networking: The controllers can communicate with PLC or computers via RS485 connection, and set up automation and control networks with them.
8. Frequency Variable: The output frequency is continuously variable and can be adjusted.
9. Acceleration: The maximum output voltage of controllers with this function is as high as 120% of input voltage.
10. Control-Out: A digital control signal is available, and can be used to control external devices like valves, and others.
11. Variable Waveform Coefficient: Users can optimize the output waveform to find the setting that is the most efficient and powerful.
