TAS-32 Super High Precision/Reliable Bar Ionizer Series

TRINC is an anti-static ionizer that can create a large amount of negative and positive ions from one electrode using little voltage. TRINC redesigned the way ions are produced by using their DC Corona discharging method. Common anti-static devices will produce ions with AC discharge; however, this method is dependant to an external power source to distribute the ions (i.e. an air blower). TRINC technology on the other hand, uses the ions distinct property (repulsion of opposite charge and attraction of like charge) to evenly disperse the ions to a wide and distant area. This method eliminates static charges on a target and also discharges any dust surrounding the object. Features

i. Contains a set structure of multiple independent ionizer units (IMS Method).  Since the ion balance is controlled independently in each ionizer segment, highly accurate and reliable ionzing can be done regardless of the location

ii. Due to requiring no air-flow for operation, TRINC is a great option for a clean room since particles will not be scattered by the wind, and the environment of the room will be kept stable.

iii. It has an electric field correction type ion balance sensor which allows for the ion balance to be unaffected by outside interference or turbulence unlike traditional static ionizers.

iv. Has an option for an additional air bar which can aid the ionizing range of the product.

v.  By isolating the high voltage electrical parts from the air passage, TRINC has prevented moisture build-up from occuring on the discharge needles which could cause electrical leaks.

vi. It is very easy and inexpensive to maintain.  Due to the multiple segments, it is never necessary to repair or replace the whole unit.  The discharge needles are cleaned easily and replaceable with one-touch.
