Product Overview

When working with injection molding machines, there has always been unavoidable issues caused by foreign materials sticking to the molding.  TRINC has created an ionizer where 1-4 ion bar(s) are mounted on the edge(s) of the molding die block.  These bars neautralize the die itself as well as the molded articles directly.  The static charges which are the root cause of dust and flakes sticking to the die and molded articles, are then easily removed which drastically improves the product defect rate.  The ionizer is also designed to only operate when the apparatus is open so as to save energy, reduce the frequency of maintenace needed and prolong its life expectancy.
