The SCN3 model Mechatronics Cylinders were developed in response to popular demand for a super small, servo linear actuator with long life.

The body of SCN3 actuators is 30mm sq., smaller than SCN5 model actuators.

Hi speeds of up to 400mm/s are possible and it is even possible to control the force applied to the workpiece!

Minimum life is 10,000 km travel – this is over 400 million inches!

Mechatronics Cylinders are available in a range of stroke lengths and are constructed using an extruded aluminum body with 303 stainless for the shaft and rod tip. Actuators can easily be operated via 24VDC signals from PLCs or relays, and can be connected in networks of up to 16 axes.
