Product Description
The Ezi-STEP-ST series is a high speed and high precision stepping motor with a software damping feature that drastically suppresses vibrations, allowing for smooth operation of the motor at low and high speeds. It utilizes a unique position estimation algorithm that instantaneously detects loss-of-synchronization of the stepping motor rotor, which enables high speed operations at 100% load without the addition of an external sensor.
The Ezi-STEP-ST has a high performance Digital Signal Processor that operates at step resolutions of 1.8°, up to a maximum of 0.0072° (1/250 steps), and adjusts PWM control signals at every 25 micro-seconds, resulting in high-precision microstep operations.
