Product Description
The Ezi-STEP-PR-MI series is a compact and miniaturized open loop stepping motor and motion control system suitable for low cost applications. It has a software damping feature that drastically suppresses vibrations, allowing for smooth operation of the motor at low and high speeds.
The Ezi-STEP-PR-MI utilizes a unique position estimation algorithm that instantaneously detects loss-of-synchronization of the stepping motor rotor. This allows for high speed operations at 100% load without the addition of an external sensor.
A maximum of 16 axes can be operated from a PC through RS-485 communications. Up to 256 motion conditions can be set through the network and saved in a Flash ROM as a parameter.
