Product Description
The Ezi-STEP-BT series is composed of a high speed, high precision drive and a stepping motor integrated into one package. Fastech has developed a new control scheme based on a built-in high performance Digital Signal Processor and software, which is adopted in the Ezi-STEP-BT. Together with a unique position estimation algorithm, loss-of-synchronization of the motor rotor can be detected instantaneously without any additional external sensor.
The Ezi-STEP-BT has a high performance Digital Signal Processor that operates at step resolutions of 1.8°, up to a maximum of 0.0072° (1/250 steps), and adjusts PWM control signals at every 25 micro-seconds, resulting in high-precision microstep operations.
