The Ezi-SERVO-BT series of Fastech servo motors is ideal in that the motor, encoder, and drive are built in one robust package. Its Ezi-SERVO® Motion Control System utilizes the unique characteristics of stepping motors and locks itself into the desired target position, eliminating overshoots. Furthermore, the high performance Digital Signal Processor performs vector control and filtering, which produces smooth rotational control with minimum ripples.
The Ezi-SERVO motors are equipped with an innovative optimum current phase control system that maintains a high torque state over a relatively long period of time. This eliminates positioning errors, thereby enabling the stepping motor to generate high torque even under 100% load conditions.
